Prohibited & Restricted Items

Last updated: 2026-11-06

Some goods cannot be purchased or shipped internationally because of airline safety rules, Chinese export rules or the import laws of your country. We may refuse, cancel or dispose of orders containing these items. This list is not complete — please contact us if you are unsure.

Prohibited — we will not buy or ship

  • Weapons, replica guns, ammunition, knives classed as weapons, and their parts.
  • Explosives, fireworks, flammable or toxic substances, gas cylinders and aerosols.
  • Drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines and drug paraphernalia.

  • Pornographic material and anything illegal in China or your country.
  • Tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping liquids.

Restricted — only on certain shipping lines

These can often be shipped on special lines. Availability and price depend on your country — check the line description or ask us before buying.

  • Batteries, power banks and devices with built-in batteries.
  • Liquids, creams, gels and cosmetics.
  • Powders, food, tea and health supplements.
  • Magnets and items with strong magnets.

Your country's rules

Each country has its own import restrictions (for example on food, cosmetics, medical devices or electronics needing certification). You are responsible for making sure the goods can be imported legally. If customs seize or return a parcel, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
