What does Buy for Me mean?
You send us a product link from a Chinese store. We check it, buy it for you, and receive it at our China warehouse.
What does Ship for Me mean?
You buy from Chinese stores yourself and ship to your personal EZBUYSHIP warehouse address. We receive, inspect, consolidate and forward your parcels.
When do I pay?
For Buy for Me: products loaded from a link are paid right after you submit; items you enter manually are paid after our team confirms the price. International shipping is paid separately once your parcel is packed and weighed.
How do I top up my balance?
Go to My assets → Balance → Top up. You can pay by Wise or bank transfer; online payment methods are coming soon.
How is shipping calculated?
By the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, using the rates of the shipping line you choose. Use our shipping calculator for an estimate.
Can I cancel?
Before payment you can cancel online at any time. After payment, contact support and refunds go back to your balance.
