🔒 Money safety

Is my money safe with EZBUYSHIP?

Short answer: yes — and here is exactly how it works, so you don't have to take our word for it.

👛

Every payment lands in your own balance

Whatever you pay with — PayPal, card, Alipay, WeChat Pay or bank transfer — the money is first added to your account balance, and each order or parcel is paid from it. Every movement has a line in your wallet history, so you can always see where each yuan went.

Unused balance can be refunded

Changed your mind or finished shopping? Request a refund of your remaining balance from the wallet page. It goes back to your original payment method where possible. Only the fee the payment provider charged (if any) cannot be returned.

✋

Nothing is charged without your OK

If a seller raises the price, adds domestic shipping or an option sells out, we ask you first: pay the difference, take a refund, or cancel. International shipping is only charged after your parcel is packed and weighed — you see the real weight and photos before you pay.

⚡

Automatic refunds

Out-of-stock items, cancelled items and price drops are refunded to your balance once confirmed, with a note explaining why. You don't need to chase anyone.

🧾

All fees shown before you pay

Service fee: … of the item price (minimum … per order). Payment fees are shown on the checkout page before you confirm. Shipping prices for every line are public on our rates page — no hidden charges after the fact.

🔐

We never see your card number

Card and PayPal payments are handled entirely by the payment provider (PayPal or Stripe); Alipay and WeChat Pay by their own platforms. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded. PayPal's buyer protection still applies to PayPal payments under PayPal's own terms.

See your items before they travel

When your items arrive at our warehouse we weigh them and take photos, so you can check them before paying for international shipping. If something is wrong, tell us before shipping and we'll help sort it out with the seller.

Common questions

What happens if the seller has no stock?

The item is cancelled and what you paid for it goes back to your balance. You'll see the refund line in your wallet history. You can use it for something else or request a refund.

How long does a balance refund take?

Our finance team reviews each request and sends it back through the original payment method. You can follow the status in your wallet. After we send it, banks and payment providers usually take a few business days to show it.

Do you charge my card again later?

No. We never store your card and can't charge it again. Every later payment (like shipping) is something you confirm yourself from your balance or a new payment.

Why do I pay the payment fee?

Payment providers charge a fee on each payment. We show it before you pay instead of hiding it in item prices. Bank transfer and some local methods have no fee.

Will customs charge me extra?

That depends on the shipping line. Lines marked "Duties included" already include import tax; lines marked "Duties not included" may require you to pay duties/VAT on delivery. Check the label on each line before choosing.
